Nausea and vomiting. Unless you’re sick, you probably don’t spend much time dealing with nausea or vomiting. However, you might first assume you are getting sick or that you ate something your body does not agree with. It might not immediately come across to you as a sign of pregnancy the first day, but it will after a few days. Most people stop vomiting and feel much better within 24 hours if they’re dealing with a stomach bug, or else they become ill with the flu or another issue in the day or so following the initial bout of nausea and vomiting. If it doesn’t go away and you’re not sick, it’s a sign you might be pregnant. You can try taking an early detection pregnancy test for confirmation. However, be aware that you might get a negative pregnancy result when you take tests too soon.
