Symptoms. The symptoms of heart attack are pretty common and similar with men. Men are prone to the larger symptoms that are easier to spot. The most common symptoms of them all is described as pressure, pain or tightness in the chest and arms. This is common, and slightly hard to describe. The pain often starts in the chest, and then extends out down one (or both) arm(s).
There are other symptoms that may or may not be experienced. Some men may have the cold sweats or a severe shortness of breath. It’s also possible to feel fatigued or unexpected and sudden lightheaded feelings and dizziness.
